Annual Old Southeast Studio Tour
OSE Artist Enclave: Growing Creativity, Community, and the Next Generation of Artists
For years, the OSE Artist Enclave has been a creative anchor on the south side of Saint Petersburg — a place where painters, sculptors, makers, musicians and dreamers come together to create, collaborate, and share their work. The Old Southeast Neighborhood proudly holds the Artist Enclave Overlay District designation, granted by the City of St. Petersburg in 2014 after strong community support in a 2013 vote.
On October 24 , 2026 starting at 10am OSE will host its annual Studio Tour, featuring nearly 20 resident artists and crafters. Visitors can explore studios, meet creators like ceramic artists Elle Leonard Dean and Amanda Westenberg; sculptor and photographer Charles Dean; Saint Petersburg Month of Photography 2026 Laureate Finalist, Anthony John Coletti; metal sculpture artists Gillian Harper, Eileen Finegan and Brian Ottoson; award winning watercolor artists Jean Triol and Deb Ferber, Mary Grieco, and many more . New to the studio tour this year will be Paul Wilborn and Eugenie Bondurant performing with their band, Front Porch Picnic.
MORE INFORMATION

This allows Old Southeast artists to enrich the neighborhood by using their residences as studios, lofts, galleries, and instructional spaces. OSE is one of only two neighborhoods in St. Petersburg with this distinction, alongside Historic Kenwood.
In 2025, OSE expanded its mission with the launch of the Young Artist Program, offering mentorship, studio access, and monthly hands‑on classes for emerging creators.

It quickly became a cornerstone of OSE’s commitment to nurturing future talent.
That same year, OSE received the 2025 Level Up Arts Grant from the City of St. Petersburg, followed by a second grant in 2026 — vital support that strengthened programming, expanded workshops, and increased resources for both established and young artists.

Experience the vibrant range of talent that defines the enclave — all while enjoying the beauty of the Old Southeast neighborhood, from its tree lined brick streets to the welcoming waterviews of Lassing Park.
Join us as OSE celebrates creativity with art for purchase, hands‑on activities, and a family‑friendly, walkable, dog‑friendly, bikeable Studio Tour that showcases the vibrant spirit of its Artist Enclave.
